The VFW is an all volunteer organization of combat veterans who fought for our nation when called. Many veterans after serving are less fortunate and are many times lost in the bureaucracy trying to get the help they need. The Tellico Village VFW Post 12135 is dedicated to helping theses veterans who need a little assistance to get their life back on track. Everything we are able to do for a veteran in need is because of the kind generosity of this community. Please help us help a veteran today by clicking the link below. As veterans, we understand the meaning of service, sacrifice, and commitment. This is our chance to ensure that those values are permanently reflected here in Tellico Village. Together, we can build something that will inspire pride, honor service, and preserve the stories of those who answered the call.

VFW Post 12135 held it's 10th Anniversary Gala at the Tellico Village Yacht Club on March 28th, 2026. This momentous event commemorated a decade of service, camaraderie, and commitment to our veterans and the local community community.
This special evening was held as a Formal Dining Out/Mess Night Event, honoring military traditions with an elegant dinner, distinguished guests, dancing, and moments of reflection on the legacy we have built together.
VFW Post 12135 would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this great event. A special thank you goes out to Marie Connelly whose generous donation helped make this event possible.
